Position: Oncology Market Patient Analytics Sr Associate/Associate Manager – Pharma Commercial Analytics
We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in patient analytics, specializing in the Oncology Market. This role involves developing the capability center in US, working in close collaboration with offshore team to lead Commercial Analytics projects as well as independently working with the client on ad hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics with a minimum of 3 years in the Oncology Domain. Team management experience will be a plus.
Experience with patient journey, segmentation, targeting, field / leadership reporting.
Great to have – independently working with client, leading QBR updates
Specializations:
Required - hands-on patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
Great to have – AI/ML modeling using patient level data
Great to have – hands-on Marketing analytics experience such as Omnichannel, Next best action, marketing mix.
Therapeutic Expertise:
Solid tumor experience
Great to have – nonsolid tumor, rare disease, infectious disease
Data Proficiency:
Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (LAAD, Xponent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS), and Symphony.
Familiarity with data sources such as EHR, EMR, Biomarker testing.
Great to have – Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or R (SQL, Python preferred).
Qualitative Attributes:
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage in executive leadership.
