Market Access AI Product Lead

Overview

We are seeking a Market Access AI Product Lead to serve as the primary business-facing lead for AI and analytics initiatives within a pharmaceutical Market Access organization. This role requires a unique blend of market access expertise, AI knowledge, analytics, and stakeholder management to drive AI-powered solutions from concept through adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Market Access AI initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define key business questions, metrics, and requirements.
• Translate payer, reimbursement, formulary, and access needs into AI-enabled analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with analytics, data, technology, and vendor teams to deliver AI products.
• Validate AI-generated insights and ensure outputs align with market access business objectives.
• Lead UAT, release readiness, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities.
• Define and monitor success metrics, user feedback, and continuous improvement plans.

Required Qualifications

• Strong pharmaceutical Market Access experience, including payer, coverage, reimbursement, and access analytics.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, semantic layers, and AI governance.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data assets, including pharmacy and medical claims data.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving business, analytics, and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with syndicated, gross-to-net, contracting, or 340B data.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Claude, Power BI, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience delivering AI or analytics products from ideation through deployment.
• Background working across business, analytics, and IT organizations.
