Position:- Contract - 6-8 Months with high possibility of extension. 
Location:- New Jersey (Onsite)
This Sr. Manager, Omni-channel Customer Engagement role is responsible for driving client success through data-driven engagement strategies. You'll lead the planning and execution of HCP and patient journeys across multiple channels, utilizing data to optimize engagement and maximize client impact. You'll also manage content creation and lead a team to develop modular content for omnichannel deployment.
