Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret patient-level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients.
  • Support the development of patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions.
  • Lead and execute advanced analytics across MMX, forecasting, and sales performance measurements for US pharma brands.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models to project demand, revenue, patient volumes, and prescription growth.
  • Conduct brand and portfolio-level sales analytics, including NRX/TRX trends, HCP performance, payer mix, and competitive dynamics.
  • Support MMX projects, including data ingestion, model execution, output validation, and insights storytelling.
  • Perform KPI-driven performance analytics to evaluate field force effectiveness, ROI, and market opportunity identification.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks.
  • Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science).
  • 3+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to clients.
  • Good to Have: Familiarity with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows.
