Associate Manager IC role

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive compensation (IC) plans for the sales field, forecasting, and goal setting.
Utilize Python / SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
Lead operational teams to achieve customer satisfaction on deliverable (quality, timeliness, methodology, project management, resource planning, change management and unforeseeable events).
Lead the IC plan design and simulation model creation, IC process buildup (including goal rollout, payout calculation, and regular scorecard tracking).
Willingness to work hands-on.
Experience with call planning, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force workload.
Mentor members of team, knowledge sharing across team and company. Actively identify NexGen of manager and provide management best practice.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IC design and commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
At least 1 year experience in leading and managing team and hands-on experience in leading client calls.
Strong proficiency in python / SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
