Job Overview
We are looking for a Director to join our market research team. Reporting to the business unit lead, this individual will lead the day-to-day activities of current projects and coach and mentor juniors in the US and in our offshore India team. They will be involved with proposal writing and managing quantitative market research projects from start to finish, through design, fieldwork, analysis, and presentation. They should have a strong background of hands on research in terms of design and presentation creation. They will guide, train and coach juniors and will have line management responsibilities.

We seek a driven 
market researcher with business development expertise to focus on finding new clients and logos in the market research space. The ideal candidate excels in client acquisition, relationship building, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business success.
The Director will become familiar with the capabilities of all KMK business units (commercial operations, analytics, data services, HEOR/RWE) and work closely with them to win integrated engagements. 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree. An advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience working in a market research agency
  • Strong business development experience, especially in new client acquisition, who can proactively hunt for new clients and business opportunities in the market research domain.
  • Experience working in the life sciences & Pharma Domain
  • Experienced in quantitative research. Qualitative experience is a bonus
  • Working familiarity with statistical tools used in market research (e.g. SPSS, Q Research Software, etc.)
