Job Description 
Join our Real-World Evidence (RWE) team to drive data-driven decision-making in healthcare. This role requires expertise in epidemiology, statistical modeling, and programming to generate meaningful insights from large healthcare databases.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. HEOR & RWE Support: Provide analytical and strategic support to the HEOR & RWE team, leveraging real-world data to generate insights that inform business and clinical decisions
  2. Study Design & Execution: Design, execute, analyze, interpret, and communicate findings and outcomes from real world studies with internal and external stakeholders
  3. Data Management & Programming: Utilize SAS, R, or Python to extract, clean, manage, and analyze large-scale healthcare databases for real-world evidence generation
  4. Statistical Analysis: Develop, implement, and interpret complex statistical models to solve business problems and extract actionable insights from data
  5. Strategic Research Input: Deliver epidemiological and outcomes research expertise to support the company’s RWE strategy and broader business objectives
  6. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure consistency and compliance with company standards for observational studies, including project documentation, dataset specifications, statistical analysis plans, and interactive data visualization tools


Qualification And Skills
  • Master’s degree in Statistics/Operation Research/Mathematics/Economics (Specialization in Econometrics)
  • Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python for Statistical Modeling and Data Analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel operations)
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills to convey research findings clearly and effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance with company and regulatory standards
    • Solid organizational and planning skills, including multitasking and time-management
