Manager role :- Incentive Compensation (IC) & Data Visualization
Location :- Remote opportunity 


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive compensation (IC) plans for the sales field, forecasting, goal setting.
  • Utilize Python/ SAS/ SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
  • Hands-on experience of BI tools (Tableau) is a must.
  • Lead operational teams to achieve customer satisfaction on deliverable (quality, timeliness, methodology, project management, resource planning, change management and unforeseeable events).
  • Lead client calls by leveraging SFE experience, data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Lead the IC plan design and simulation model creation, IC process buildup (including goal rollout, payout calculation, and regular scorecard tracking).
  • Mentor members of team, knowledge sharing across team and company. Actively identify NexGen of manager and provide management best practice.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions. 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5.5+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on SFE and operations.
  • At least 2 years management experience and hands-on experience in leading client calls.
  • Strong proficiency in python/SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 

Good to have:
  • Proficiency in PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
