Job Title: Senior Consultant – Oncology Launch Support
Location: New Jersey
Start Date: ASAP (Target: Early to Mid-June)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Consultant to support a high-impact Oncology product launch. This role will directly interface with client teams and help shape key deliverables related to launch readiness, segmentation, opportunity analyses, and targeting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Launch Trackers
- Create and manage weekly and monthly launch trackers to monitor progress and flag risks.
- Provide updates and recommendations based on evolving market dynamics.
- Segmentation Strategy
- Lead or support physician and patient segmentation efforts to refine go-to-market strategy and messaging.
- Opportunity Identification
- Conduct sub-national analyses to identify geographic growth opportunities and inform local-level resource allocation.
- Targeting Deep Dives
- Deliver actionable insights through deep-dive analyses on physician and institutional targeting, integrating multiple data sources.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Work closely with internal and client-side business partners to align deliverables with strategic objectives.
- Develop high-quality, executive-ready slides and presentations.
Required Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, ideally in life sciences consulting, pharmaceutical marketing, or analytics.
- Proven track record in oncology launch support; breast cancer experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and business partner interface skills.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with secondary data analytics is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
- Prior experience working with a Consulting firm supporting global biopharma clients
- Experience supporting early launch or pre-launch phases
